摘要
Three-dimensional covalent organic frameworks (3D COFs) with new topologies are highly desirable. Here, we report the synthesis of two 3D COFs adopting triptycene as core building blocks through [6+4] imine condensation reactions. The stp topology and the "6+4" linking mode are both rarely reported for constructing 3D COFs. A pore size of 4.0 nm is obtained due to the non-interpenetrated structure of Trip-COF 1. Interestingly, the interpenetration occurs in Trip-COF 2 by extending the size of the linkage. Rigid 3D COFs also exhibit unique honeycomb nanochannel structures with adjustable pore sizes.
