摘要
A magnetic guanidinylated chitosan (MGC) nanobiocomposite was designed and evaluated by two applications, as a high potent adsorbent in the adsorption process of heavy and toxic metal ion solutions (Pb+2, Cu+2 and Cr+6) and in-vitro hyperthermia for the cancer therapy. Analyzing methods such as FT-IR, EDX, FE-SEM, ICP, TEM and VSM were employed to confirm the exact structure of this mentioned nanobiocomposite. A narrow size distribution between 30-34 nm was obtained in this synthesis process. In the adsorption process, a high adsorption capability was obtained. In the optimized conditions, the adsorptions of Cu+2, Pb+2 and Cr+6 were respectively 100, 98.64 and 33.76%. Apart from the adsorption application, the evaluation of MGC nanobiocomposite was conducted by therapeutic heating approach, the in-vitro hyperthermia for cancer therapy. By using alternating magnetic field (AMF) the specific absorption rate and saturation magnetization value were respectively 70.59 w/g and 43.66 emu/g.
