Study on Dynamic Monitoring and Regulation System for Cleaning of Rice-wheat Combine Harvester

In this paper, a dynamic monitoring and regulating system for cleaning of rice-wheat combine harvester was constructed. The system can real-time monitor the cleaning operation conditions such as the angle of the air distributor plate, the opening of the upper seive and the fan speed and the cleaning performance such as the cleaning loss rate and impurity rate, and realize the synchronous acquisition of monitoring data. The field operation experiment of 10kg feeding rice-wheat combine harvester proves that the system has the functions of automatically regulating the cleaning operation parameters and synchronously obtaining the dynamic correlation data of the cleaning operation parameters. It is the key device to realize the intelligent control of the cleaning operation of rice-wheat combine harvester.
