摘要
Aiming to search for a efficient resource utilization way of sludge and other solid wastes, this paper discussed that the solid waste briquette was prepared with pulverized coal, DaGu river sludge, tar residue from chemical industry waste and waste plastics from municipal solid waste as raw materials, together with appropriate amount of compound additives which were made of combustion improver (Fe2O3, Al2O3) and sulfur adsorbent (CaCO3, Ca(OH)(2)). Using an orthogonal design L-16(4(5)) to try to investigate the effect of components and additives of the waste briquette on calorific value, and to optimize preparation formula. The results indicated that the influences of the components and additives on combustion value were very significant, and the factors were in the following order: compound additives > dosage > sludge content > tar residue levels > waste plastic content. Preparation formula of the waste briquette with higher calorific value was as followed: 9g compound additives (CaCO3+Al2O3), 15g tar residue, 15g sludge and 15g waste plastic and 100g pulverized coal. Calorific value of the sample was 6241.847kcal/kg. Considering sources of the components and. diversity of the compound additives, the uniformity design U6*(6(4)) was designed in order to optimize the formula. The preparation formula of the waste briquette sample with the highest calorific value was: 0.9g combustion improver Al2O3, 9g the compound sulfur adsorbent (in any of CaO, CaO+Ba(OH)(2) or CaO+Fe2O3+Na2CO3), 30g sludge and 100g pulverized coal. The calorific value was 7945.919 kcal/kg, which was 27.3% increased.
