TEACHERS' VIEW ABOUT SAFA QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND EDUCATION RESULTS

This study deals with the general opinion expressed by teachers at Escuelas Profesionales de la Sagrada Familia (SAFA) about a quality management system itself and the results obtained by different schools evaluated. We have analysed teachers' evaluation by means of a mixed method according to qualitative methodology. This evaluation consisted of a survey to a 100% of educational management teams and to a 20% of teachers. SAFA staff presents a positive rating of the quality management system according to efficiency, relevance and comprehensive training. In fact, there were not major differences either among management teams and teachers or even among different schools. The results obtained by the different schools, such as those related to comprehensive training and institutional aims according to SAFA educational principles, should be measured through quality indicators that help monitoring and raising standards.
