Dynamic Real-Time Substrate Feed Optimization of Anaerobic Co-Digestion Plants

To produce biogas on demand the substrate feed at biogas plants has to be optimally controlled. For codigestion plants this results in a multi-objective, dynamic optimization problem which has to be solved in real-time. In this dissertation a potential solution candidate is developed and is evaluated in simulation studies.
