Work In Progress: A Mooc-Based Innovative Instructional Approach For Curriculum Design

Educators need to acquire new technical and pedagogical skills and competences to cope with the new educational requirements. Namely educators should know how to integrate already existing open resources and open courses into the study programs and to combine the classroom teaching with online learning. This paper proposes and discusses an innovative instructional approach that uses Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) to achieve those goals.
