Creation of quasiperiodic surfaces under the action of vibrating dielectric matrices

摘要
A method for creating metasurfaces using a standing wave, which is formed in a dielectric, is proposed. Metasurfaces are formed from metal or metal suspensions, which are deposited on a dielectric plate placed in a metal shielding. A method of creating such standing waves is presented, where the method of creating acoustic Hladni figures was taken as the basis. The basic relations of the mathematical description of this scheme, as well as basic research methods are proposed.
