摘要

•Short-lifetime epitaxial InSb pixels are fabricated and transferred to RF circuits.•The loaded RF resonator allows for contact-free readout of InSb infrared response.•Room temperature detection of modulated IR signals as fast as 2 GHz is achieved.•This architecture offers a new approach to develop high-speed IR detectors.
