ProstaTrend—A Multivariable Prognostic RNA Expression Score for Aggressive Prostate Cancer

We developed a multigene expression score ProstaTrend based on transcriptome-wide next-generation sequencing. ProstaTrend outperforms current methods for long-term prognosis of prostate cancer and allows counseling of patients after radical prostatectomy regarding whether adjuvant treatment should be considered.
