摘要
In this article, we fabricate a flexible pressure sensor based on the honeycomb-like graphene network (HGN). The HGN is fabricated by mixing cube sugar, graphene oxide solution, and polydimethylsiloxane. Attributing to the structure, the pressure sensor shows a high sensitivity of 3.54 kPa −1 in the low-pressure regime (<8 kPa) with a wide pressure working range from 0 to over 150 kPa. In addition, it can be used to detect the various human motions, wrist pulse and finger pulse due to the high sensitivity and wide pressure range. Furthermore, a new theoretical model is developed to explain the relationship between the pressure and the relative resistance change, which agrees well with the experimental results. Benefiting from its advantages in sensitivity and pressure range, the HGN pressure sensor will exhibit great potential in wearable electronics in the future.
