Supplementary Figure S3 from Preclinical Investigation of <sup>212</sup>Pb-DOTAMTATE for Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy in a Neuroendocrine Tumor Model

A biodistribution study in athymic nude tumor bearing mice four hours post drug injection showed similar tumor uptake in tumors between 250mm3 and 1500mm3 (Panel A). Results were similar in all other organs examined by biodistribution. Examination of individual tumors within each group showed no correlation between tumor volume and drug uptake in tumors <500mm3 up to 1500mm3 (Panel B).
