摘要
The mechanism of cinnamaldehyde regulating the synthesis of non-host selective toxins of Alternaria alternata was shown in Fig. G1, the figure showed the effect of cinnamaldehyde on biosynthesis of secondary metabolites and oxidoreductase activity, and the results demonstrated that cinnamaldehyde might through ROS signal transduction to mediate the mycotoxins synthesis of alternariol (AOH), alternariol monomethyl ether (AME) and tenuazonic acid (TeA) in A. alternata.
