Multi-stage and multi-load wireless power transfer (MMWPT) system is capable of providing multiple isolated power supplies, which is promising to be utilized to supply driver circuits of high-voltage power converters. This paper analyzes the impact of the parasitic resistors in compensation inductors on an MMWPT system, mainly about the impact on the characteristic of load currents and the system efficiency. A 6-stage and 6-load WPT system employing GaN-based high-frequency inverter is built to verify the analytical results, working at 200kHz.
