摘要

•We propose an RRB scheme to provide reliable broadcasting for safety services in a PACNET.•The proposed broadcast transmissions are analyzed using a discrete-time Markov chain model.•A simulation is performed using OPNET modeler to prove the performance of the proposed scheme.
