This article indicates that there is a preference in this scenario to offer the patients induction chemo, a macroscopically complete resection, no intraoperative adjuvant therapy, and then a selected postoperative adjuvant therapy, which for approximately half of the patients included radiation. Since your earlier publication in 2007, you increased your series from 18 patients to 72, and although you didn't mention it, my interpretation of that survival graph showed that you had no 30- or 90-day operative mortality, which is remarkable.
