摘要

•Seven new tricycloalternarenes (1–7) were characterized from fungus Alternaria brassicicola.•The absolute structure of 1 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis.•Compounds 1, 2, 5, and 7 showed selective cytotoxicity with IC50 values of 12.83–32.87 μM.
