摘要

We report on the design, fabrication and characterisation of silicon-on-insulator hyperuniform disordered polarisers at mid-infrared wavelengths. Small device footprint and large operational bandwidth revealed great potential of hyperuniform disordered platform for integrated photonics. (c) 2019 The Author(s).
