摘要
•Agroinfiltration of apple with surfactant increases the efficiency of transformation and its reproducibility.•The success of this method is associated with an increase of transformed cells frequency in the explants.•Agroinfiltration also permits to obtain very high rates of transformation in pear (50–80 %).
