With the rapid development of Internet technology, in order to make full use of various education resources and improve the teaching effect, paper proposed to integrate online courses with traditional campus classes. The design of teaching is guided by the teaching goal in stages. The online course as preview course, including the theory course and the virtual laboratory, exercises the student's self-study ability; The campus classroom adopts flexible teaching method to cultivate students' comprehensive analytical ability. The experimental class can be a comprehensive experiment to stimulate students' creativity. So that students could get step-by-step promotion. Finally, the teaching design is adjusted by teaching evaluation, then the teaching activities formed a closed circle. The step-ring teaching mode could overcome the disadvantages of online courses and traditional campus classes, train the student's comprehensive quality effectively.
