Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and high risk of traditional mine electric locomotive, a multi-mode control strategy and switching method for unmanned electric locomotive are proposed in this paper. According to the degree of autonomy of the electric locomotive running process, the operation of the unmanned electric locomotive is divided into four control modes: autonomous mode, semi-autonomous model, automatic mode and manual mode. Among them, the autonomous mode is the normal operation mode. The semi-autonomous mode is mainly aimed at remote control of the ore drawing process. The automatic mode and manual mode refer to the emergency standby control mode when the electric locomotive system has different faults. According to factors such as mission requirements, working conditions and system status, the control mode can be selected and switched.
