摘要
This paper presents a cm-Wave measurement-based analysis of the path loss and a comparison with the SUI propagation model and the M.2135 and P.1411 ITU-R recommendations. These models were previously applied to mm-Wave measurements in the USA and Japan and it is probably the first analysis when considering cm-Wave measurements in Brazil. The measurement campaign was performed in two distinct regions of Brazil, in two different frequencies: Belo Horizonte, in the southeast region (18 GHz measurements), and Manaus, in the north region (24 GHz measurements). In the Belo Horizonte campaign the M.2135 Suburban recommendation best fits to the measurements and it was obtained a Beam Combining Gain of 4.5 dB when using the 5 strongest components of two measurement points. In Manaus urban environment, the M.2135 Urban Modified recommendation best fits to the measurements and for the suburban case the best fit was obtained with the SUI-B. It was also obtained a Beam Combining Gain of 4 dB when using the 5 strongest components.
