Research Of The Capability Open Platform In Mobile Cellular Network Based On The Bs Data

The rapid development of intelligent terminals and mobile Internet industry has brought many challenges and opportunities to the mobile network Mobile Network Open Services can provide users and developers with the open resources consisted of network infrastructure, network data and diversified services,so as to build an open, flexible, collaborative Internet ecosystem. The ability to open the mobile network allows multiple partners to explore new business models, and to find the potential of mobile networks and pipeline value, to provide users with better service. For the needs of interconnection and intercommunication network within all depth integration, this paper focused on the research and application of capability open platform in mobile cellular network called M-COP. And this paper proposed the core content, logic architecture, network architecture, scenarios and technical solutions of M-COP, and proposed three typical services including positioning and location information services, business localization services and acceleration services.
