•3D silver-polydimethylsiloxane (Ag-PDMS) microbridges suspended in channels reported.•Precision and accuracy in fabricating 90–200 μm Ag-PDMS microbridges achieved.•Ag-PDMS microbridges are electrically conductive with good resistance stability.•Ag-PDMS microbridges show a positive temperature coefficient thermoresistivity.•A 1000-fold resistance increase was achieved by raising the temperature up to 55 ° C.
