AlGaN/GaN heterostructure pH sensor with multi-sensing segments

•Novel multi-sensing segments pH sensor is designed and fabricated by using AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor.•Realizing very high sensitivity on the multi-sensing sensor, which is much higher than that of conventional geometric pH sensor.•Achieved excellent performance stability with good recovery feature on the multi-sensing sensor.
