Experimental investigation of phase equilibria in the Cr-Ge-Ti system

摘要
•Isothermal sections at 1073 and 1273K of the Cr-Ge-Ti system were constructed.•No ternary compound was found to be stable exist at 1073 and 1273K in the system.•Maximum solubility of Ti in Cr3Ge and Cr in Ge5Ti6 at 1073K were 24.1at.% and 39.5at.%.•Rietveld refinement of Ge5(Ti0.33Cr0.67)6 reconfirmed the substitution of Ti by Cr atom.
