摘要

•Bubble column at elevated pressure was simulated with a CFD-PBM coupled model.•Both hindering effect and wake accelerating effect were included in drag correction.•Elevated pressure significantly enhanced bubble breakup and decreased bubble size.•CFD-PBM coupled model successfully predicted the significant effects of pressure.
