摘要
Several methods have been developed for the analysis of filler aggregate distances in rubber compound based on the AFM observation of filler microdispersion. The analysis distinguishes the center-to-center and border-to-border distances. Different methods give different distance distributions but the results are well correlated. Although the analysis has been done on AFM images which represent the filler aggregates observed on an apparent two dimensions space, it is expected that there is some correlation between our results and the real 3D system in supposing that filler aggregates are statistically and isotropically located in space.
