Adaptive State Estimation for Neural Network with Time-Delay and Markov Jump

The issue of state estimation for neural networks with time-delays and Markov jump was studied. By the Lyapunov stability and M-matrix method,asymptotical stability was obtained for neural networks with timedelays and Markov jump. And then,the state estimator and the feedback gain were designed for the system. A numerical example was given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
