Imaging analysis of superficial soft tissue lymphomas.

•The imaging findings of superficial soft tissue lymphomas are not well known and are typically variable and non-specific.•Nodular or mass lesions with fatty, streaky appearance was the most common morphology of the superficial soft tissue lymphoma.•Most of the superficial lymphoma had ill-defined or partially ill-defined margins in the cutaneous and subcutaneous layer.•Although the superficial lymphomas have non-specific findings to confirm the diagnosis, some findings may help to make differential diagnosis.
