A mobile application to support collection and analytics of real-time critical care data

•We design and develop a mobile optimized web application for Advanced Trauma Life Support to:○Track activities during a trauma code.○Provide feedback of deviations from guidelines and protocols.○Provide summary feedback highlighting decisions made.•A usability study was conducted with expert clinicians to test efficacy as a quality assessment tool and to test usability.•Physicians rated tool highly in intuitiveness, ease-of-use, and clarity.
