摘要
Internet of Things plays an important role in today's communication technologies. Due to its convenience in the several usage areas such as industry, security, cloud computing and smart home and city networks, there have been exhaustive research on this topic. In order to be applicable to the applications defined in those areas, Internet of Things protocols must provide certain service qualities. To that end, 6TiSCH, which is an architecture combines the IPv6 protocol stack and IEEE802.15.4e Time-Slotted Channel Hopping (TSCH) mode, has been developed by IEEE. In this architecure, it is possible to define the scheduling rules in 6top sublayer. In this study, we aimed to observe the effect of adjusting the parameters defined in this sublayer on the network startup by using the Contiki OS. To that end, by using different frame length and scheduling methods, we evaluated the network startup times for each configuration through different size topologies.
