Structured patch model for a unified automatic and interactive segmentation framework.

•We present a new interactive segmentation framework based on structured patch model.•The model consists of corresponding patch priors and their spatial distributions.•The priors are transferred to appropriate locations according to user annotations.•The priors and user annotation are simultaneously considered for robust segmentation.•Seamless learning system is supported by directly adding the results to the model.
