摘要

•Palladium nanoparticles and cobalt species exercised a cooperative catalysis.•Iodoarenes were effectively formylated under CO/H2 atmosphere.•Both palladium oxide and cobalt oxide were reduced by H2 treatment.•The catalyst could be recycled at least 7 times without loss of activities.
