Introduction and objective: Three-piece inflatable penile prostheses are the last option in the treatment of organic erectile dysfunction, when conservative therapies are unsuccessful, contraindicated or rejected. Our objective was to investigate the ten year outcome of patients treated with three-piece inflatable implant and its impact on patientpartner satisfaction in our department.
