摘要
•The role of Isc1 on Pma1 transport and stability in C. neoformans was studied.•Isc1 deletion does not inhibit Pma1 synthesis or its transport to the plasma membrane.•Pma1 oligomerization is inhibited in the absence of Isc1.•Addition of phytoceramide restores Pma1 oligomerization.
