摘要
•Neonatal testosterone exposure partially masculinized the GH axis in female mice.•It evoked a defeminization of female predominant GH-dependent liver genes.•Promoter methylation of a female liver gene was increased by neonatal testosterone.•Male predominant liver gene expression and promoter methylation status was not modified.•Neonatal steroid exposure may modify GH-dependent liver metabolism epigenetically.
