General Contract Management Information System For China Chongqin Yuchu Hydropower Station Hinge Engineering Based On The Platform Of P3&Exp&Vs

Aimed at the problem on the complexity and difficulty of scheduling and investing control of engineering general contract project of China Chongqin Yuchu Hydropower Station, an information management mode of the project is proposed based on the platform of P3&EXP&VS. Based on the mode, the network structure of the information system performance, platform of system operating, data managing mode and database disposition method are designed. The realization technology and method of three kernel sub-systems of engineering scheduling planning and control, investing control, project communicating and website are proposed and developed. The implement problem of Yuchu Hydropower Station Engineering General Contract is effectively solved.
