State monitoring control and optimizing management system of heat networks using computer

In medium and small-sized thermal power plants of China, control level and operation benefit are low. Considering this fact, a relatively general state monitoring and control, optimizing management system of thermal power systems using computer is established. The system makes the most of computers having good interfaces, and can collect data and control operation in a large range. The system can be used in different, the kinds of thermal power systems by simple configuration. This system has been applied to Shuanghejian thermal power plant in Wuxi, Jiangsu province.
