Usefulness of heavily T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of alveolar lung metastases from pancreas mucinous adenocarcinoma.

We report the case of a patient with pancreatic adenocarcinoma and mucinous air-space metastases, in which the diagnosis was suspected at magnetic resonance using heavily T2-weighted images obtained with magnetic resonance hydro-graphic sequences.
