摘要

The results of studies of the structure of RNA bulges are given. Cleavage of the phosphodiester bonds located in the bulges of RNA is considered. The attention is focused on the factors influencing the efficiency of this cleavage. The state-of-the-art of the problem of targeted RNA cleavage induced by various reagents is discussed.
