摘要
At the heart, metastases are more common than primary cardiac tumors. The most common malignant primary tumor of the heart is the angiosarcoma. Often, the differentiation of cardiac tumors is difficult only by cross-section imaging and clinical appearance. We report the case of a patient with a chronic pericardial effusion caused by a cardiac angiosarcoma, which was proved by CT-guided fine needle aspiration (FNA) after a negative result by thoracotomy.
