His current research focuses on process, project and technology evaluation applying life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology and techno-economic capabilities using various tools, software and databases. Development of techno-economic models for hydrogen energy systems is the priority project. He also co-ordinates international collaborative research projects on mineral sand and e-waste processing and a training course on mineral processing.
