Her scientific interests lie mostly in Stereochemistry, Alkaloid, Biochemistry, Total synthesis and Pharmacology. Her Stereochemistry research is multidisciplinary, incorporating elements of Pharmacognosy, Flavonoid and Stereoselectivity. Her Alkaloid research integrates issues from Loganiaceae, Ophiorrhiza, Rubiaceae and Callus.
Her work on Tissue culture, Camptothecin and Shikimate pathway as part of general Biochemistry research is often related to Arabidopsis thaliana and Arabidopsis, thus linking different fields of science. Her work deals with themes such as Yield, Lycopodium and Tryptamine, which intersect with Total synthesis. Her Pharmacology study incorporates themes from Agonist, Anesthesia, Mitragyna speciosa and Mecamylamine.
