个人简介
Daniel B. Fullager received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and in physics in 2013, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in optical science and engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Charlotte, NC, USA, in 2015 and 2017, respectively.
He is the Epitaxial Engineering Department Manager with Lasertel Inc. in Tucson, AZ, USA. Prior to working at Lasertel, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has authored more than 20 journal articles and conference proceedings on topics ranging from broadband ellipsometric characterization of polymers for nanoscale 3-D-printing to computational methods for inverse scattering.
Dr. Daniel was previously awarded an NSF international innovation fellowship and worked in Singapore for two summers at A*STAR on computational simulations of hyperbolic metamaterials. His research interests center around the characterization of semiconductors by spectroscopic ellipsometry and the application thereof to laser diode manufacturing. He is also a member of the American Vacuum Society.
