个人简介
My expertise includes a strong combination of hardware and software in the fields of electronics and data science:
- Data Science and machine learning: I have been working as a senior researcher in the world's top AI research institute, I also teach about artificial intelligence in the university to Master students.
- Electronics hardware: years of research prototyping work and industrial collaborations have granted me experience with designing the electronics circuit (PCB) and firmware with sensors, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and real-time embedded operating systems.
- System-on-Chip design: masters education from the University of Southampton and work experience in the silicon industry.
- Software development and user interaction/experience: as a scientist involved in the pervasive and wearable computing discipline, developing apps (on computers/smartphones/smart watches/smart glasses) and web interfaces for experiments and demonstrators is a daily routine.
My major research interests include smart fabrics, wearable sensing and computing, digital sports assistance, biomedical and healthcare engineering, application of IoT, etc. My team's project Trainwear designed with smart fabric mechanomyography technology has also won the smart fashion challenge Fashion Fusion (2017) in the Berlin Fashion Week.
