个人简介
Annette received a NWO Veni grant to study the interaction between environment and society to find new solutions to prevent algal blooms. These solutions will help us to restore our lakes back to a healthy environment. Annette is involved in lake water quality research, with special emphasis on lake ecosystem functioning, the impact of external pressures on lake ecosystems and indicators of change in lakes. Annette co-developed the PCLake+ model to simulate the water quality in lakes around the world.
