Research interests of Prof. Andrea Acquaviva focus on:
i) compilers, operating systems and toolchains for heterogenous embedded platforms, multicore, Internet-of-Things (IoT), Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS);
ii) Code optimization with AI;
iii) IoT and CPS for smart cities and energy. He also carries on research on computational aspects of complex biological systems, such as brain-inspired computing, neuromorphic systems and bioinformatics.
